Damian first heard about Janou when receiving his MBA in Luxury from the prestigious Essec Business School in Paris. Years later, she contacted him out of the blue for a role which he had no interest in taking. But always one to follow his curiosity, he agreed to meet her. That one meeting was the beginning of a new journey for them both.
Damian had never worked as a recruiter, which is part of what made him instantly appealing. He had extensive experience on the agency and client side, having worked in luxury, beauty and startups. However, when moving through his career and navigating his journey, he rightly came to believe there was a huge void in humanity and creativity within the search industry.
